I went to visit a tissue culture lab near Houston today. It was very fascinating to see how plants are grown iside a labratory. The method allows growers to produce vast amounts of plants in a fairly quick period of time.

The next stage in the growing process is in the greenhouse and as you can see this is a sea of baby
Nandina bushes.
It was fun to browse through the greenhouses and see what kinds of plants they are growing. All sorts of perennials and hardy ornamental grasses. They has quite a few interesting succulents too. We got all jazzed about spring being close despite the coming snowstorm.
