Another lovely day off it was. I know we need rain but my goodness, my days off have been beautiful every week. It's amazing what a spring we have had. I really can't remember so many glorious days in a row before. I got all the pine straw down on the paths in my vegetable garden today and continued planting vegetables. Most of the flowers in the garden in front of the vegetables are looking good. I noticed quite a few lady bugs today here and there. I think my attitude towards gardening this spring has been a little different. My pace is slower, I'm being thorough as I go and little by little everything is coming along.
