Self Portrait Finished

It took forever but I finally finished this rug except for tacking down the edge. I think it is hilarious and I hope never to try a self portrait again. However, I love hooking flowers so I am thinking about my next rug. With spring "just around the corner" flowers will be perfect.
In the meantime I am atempting my first embroidery piece. I will share if it is worthy. Time will tell.
Plus it is time to start on the Icelandic sweater. So many fun things to spend this chilly weather doing!
