We had yet another day of scattered rain in East Texas. It has been an amazing June with cool temperatures in the 70's and 80's much of the time. The norm is 90's and no rain. I have been loving every minute and so have the plants.
In fact the plants are more lush and growing larger than ever with all the moisture. It is actually fascinating to see the difference. By this time of June we are usually getting hot enough to slow down growth and plants go into survival mode.
Green is the predominate color this week.
Sophie enjoys a walk around the yard with me in the evening. I love to see how everything looks.
